The fact remains, this is the one day of the year to celebrate Mom officially, so let’s make sure that this is an enjoyable and memorable occasion for Mom! The challenge becomes HOW we choose to show our moms just how much they mean to us, especially when involving the entire family. - Surprise her with breakfast in bed: Nothing shows your love for Mom like waking up before she does to prepare her a delicious breakfast (and just remember to clean up the kitchen afterwards). A final option is to take Mom out for a nice dinner in honor of Mother’s Day.
- Work yourself into her schedule for a day: Help Mom run her errands and be her chauffeur to enjoy the great conversation that comes while driving around together doing everyday things.
-Unite the whole family with a fun game or active and challenging pursuit on Mother’s Day. Gather around a lively board game, pair up on the tennis court or shout out the clues to her favorite crossword puzzle.

-This is certainly not the cheapest Mother’s Day gift these days, but it’s bound to be very much appreciated! So if you’re on the verge of showing up at Mom’s on Mother’s Day, gift-less and without a clue, remember that this can save you, and make Mom happy. You can even take it one step further and run her car through the car wash.
-Treat Mom to an online family conference call or full-blown, multi-media Internet meeting. Voice over Internet (VOIP) and video capabilities make a family gathering among any number of far apart family members a memorable event.
